Returns – Customers from the European Union
Your satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we offer an easy product return
process.
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw
from the contract and return the product without giving any reason.
How to proceed?
You can notify us by simply sending an email to shop@mrstrapsky.com.
You may also choose to fill out our return form, which is available for download here: [Return Form – Download PDF] (Filling out the form is optional – an email notice is enough.)
Then send the product back within 14 days from notification, to the address below:

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Once we receive the return:
We will refund the full amount paid for the product, as well as the cost of the cheapest
delivery method (if any),
Refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method used during purchase.
Important:
Returns are only available to customers residing in the European Union.
The product must be in unused, original condition – you may inspect it, but not use it.
We do not accept returns of straps that show visible signs of use, such as creases, bent or damaged leather ends, or worn leather.
We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized products.
Returns – Customers outside the European Union
At Mr. Strapsky, we care about every customer, no matter where you are. While EU law
grants special return rights to customers within the European Union, here’s how returns work
for customers outside the European Union.
Why are the rules different?
According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council,
sellers operating within the European Union are legally required to allow consumers residing
in the EU to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days, without giving a reason.
This legal right does not apply to customers living outside the European Union – such as in
the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.
Therefore, we are not legally required to accept returns from customers outside the European
Union under the same rules.
However – because we value your trust – we voluntarily accept returns from international
customers under the following conditions:
Return conditions for customers outside the European Union:
If you live outside the European Union, you may return the product within 14 days from the
date of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.

The product must be in perfect, unused condition.
In particular, we do not accept returns of straps that show visible signs of use, such
as creases, bent or damaged leather ends, or worn leather.
You are responsible for:
Return shipping costs,
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Important:
When shipping your return, you must declare that all customs duties, taxes, and
handling fees are to be paid by the sender (you).
We do not pay for customs clearance, import taxes, or shipping fees on returned
packages.
If such charges are applied to the return, we will not pay them, and the package
will not be accepted – it will be automatically returned to the sender by the
carrier, at your expense.
Please note: Allowing returns for customers outside the European Union is not our legal obligation – it is our own decision made out of respect and appreciation for our international customers.
